Paper Cuttings

Paper Cutting is a traditional Chinese Art Technique. It is similar to the Japanese art of Kirigami. You start with paper, fold it, then cut, open it up and see an amazing design take place! Paper Cutting has also been in Chinese history for a long time.

Here are some examples of Paper Cuttings, done by our students. There are Paper Cutting and Art Workshop classes available now at CAM Land!

Water Paintings

Chinese water paintings have a special style and flair to them.

Water Paintings are painted with water and ink, by brushes. Sometimes there is color in the paintings, other times there aren't.
